Privacy & Visitor Analytics

BoardQBank uses first-party and Google Analytics data to understand website use, improve content, protect the platform, and support customers.

Information collected

Our website may record the date and time of a visit, the page viewed, an internet protocol (IP) address, a first-party browser visitor identifier, referring website or traffic source, browser type, operating system, device category, language settings, and an approximate country code when supplied by our hosting, analytics, or content-delivery provider.

How information is used

We use this information to measure traffic, understand which pages are useful, improve website performance, detect abuse or security issues, provide customer support, and prepare internal visitor reports.

Cookies

We may place first-party analytics cookies and use Google Analytics cookies to distinguish new and returning browsers and measure website activity. These cookies do not by themselves contain your name, email address, payment information, or medical information.

Retention and access

First-party visitor logs are retained for a limited period, currently up to 180 days, and are available only through a password-protected administrative dashboard. Retention may be shortened when information is no longer required. Third-party analytics providers may apply separate retention settings.

Accuracy of location and identity

IP-based country or location information is approximate. It can be affected by mobile carriers, corporate networks, virtual private networks, proxies, and shared internet connections. An IP address should not be treated as proof of a person’s identity.

Third-party services

Some BoardQBank services use separate analytics, payment, account, hosting, email, or application providers. Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms.
